I'm very grateful to Robert and all his team. I needed to get a survey of my property in a record time. My lot had some very unique issues, and I had no idea what type of survey I needed nor how to explain what I needed. I called three other places and I felt as if they wanted to take advantage of my urgency and my ignorance on the matter. Robert guided me and was patient enough to educate me on the entire process and the different options. He basically started working for me before I paid him one penny. His price was very reasonable and he did everything possible to finish my survey in a record time. All his staff was also very professional. I sincerely appreciate you. Thank you.

Definently a 5!!! I would give a higher rating if I could. These people are great. From the guys in the field to the people in the office!!! Everyone was so nice and it was obvious that they take pride in their work. They are very reliable and delivered as promised.They took the time to explain the process and were very patient which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this team of surveyors. You will not be disappointed.

I'm the owner of 3-R Roofing and needed a survey done for one of my properties. Trans Texas surveying is the way to go. response time was one of my favorite. They will answer your messages and give a quote right away. Other surveying companies didn't even bother to send me a bid price after submitting a request. would hire them again because of their availability and how fast they are able to answer any question I have.

We were very careful when buying our land to include the county. After the fact, they indicated that they would now require platting. This was a shock for both time reasons and financially. Our current survey company and a number of others didn't do anything other than quote 5-15k to complete the platting. I don't know if they are just not as intelligent as these people are lazy, possibly a little dishonest and not looking a 10k gift horse in the mouth.
Then comes Trans Texas. They immediately indicate that they believe we did actually purchase the land correctly after attempting to get a platting quote from them, start sending legal descriptions all over the place and spend a ton of time emailing/communicating with the county and myself. In the end, no platting was required. They did all of this for free and did these things way faster than my current surveyor takes to do things we've already paid a ton of money for.
I would crawl through glass to use these people at any point I need something done. They are extremely effective and honest. Everyone else was willing to just take the money and we likely would have just gone along with it as the county has all the power and you just assume that different survey companies are doing the best job possible.
1000% recommend these people if you want someone who can get the ball across the goal line with the county and wont try to steal out of your back pocket while doing it.
